Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.

  • Identify potential clients, understand their business needs, and pitch suitable service offerings.

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.

  • Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and product/service demos for clients in UK/US markets.

  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, qualified meetings, and closures.

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities in the outsourcing/virtual staffing space.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in outbound sales or international business development.

  • Proven experience in cold calling and generating qualified leads for global markets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of English.

  • Ability to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.

  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.

  • Ability to work night shifts (UK/US timezone) without compromise.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
