Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.
Identify potential clients, understand their business needs, and pitch suitable service offerings.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and product/service demos for clients in UK/US markets.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, qualified meetings, and closures.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities in the outsourcing/virtual staffing space.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in outbound sales or international business development.
Proven experience in cold calling and generating qualified leads for global markets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of English.
Ability to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to work night shifts (UK/US timezone) without compromise.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
