About the Role

Codriva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to support our sales and marketing initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to B2B IT sales, lead generation, and client engagement — ideal for those looking to build a career in business development and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and qualifying new business leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and online research.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communication.
  • Help maintain and update client databases and CRM records.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for outreach and engagement.

Requirements

  • Education: MBA or pursuing MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Strong interest in IT sales and client relationship management.
  • Basic understanding of lead generation and sales tools (LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, CRM).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working from office (Noida Sector 62).
