We're looking for a
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join our growing team in Noida. If you love connecting with people, spotting opportunities, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setup, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and qualify leads from marketing campaigns and outbound efforts
  • Reach out to prospects via email, calls, and social channels
  • Understand client challenges and recommend the right LambdaTest solutions
  • Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and support pipeline growth
  • Keep CRM data clean, updated, and accurate

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in a BDR or Account Executive role (SaaS/startup experience preferred)
  • Experience working with
    North American markets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Sales Navigator) and MS Office
  • A proactive, tech-savvy, and growth-driven mindset
