Business Development Representative

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Business Development Representative who thrives in a fast paced work environment.
Designation: Business Development Representative (General Staffing Domestic)
Reporting: Business Head
Experience: Fresher
Shift Timings: (9:30AM to 6:30PM IST)
Location: Sector-68, Noida, UP, India (On-Site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to generate leads and create new business opportunities
- Identify key decision-makers to initiate the sales process
- Penetrate client accounts and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with the Business Head to define strategic sales approaches
- Qualify and deliver high-potential opportunities to the Business Head
- Maintain and update the company's prospect database regularly
- Ensure timely follow-ups, including sharing complete lead information, source, action points, and timelines with the Business Head
- Schedule and conduct sales presentations and meetings
- Coordinate appointments with TA Heads, CXOs, and other senior stakeholders
- Identify and acquire new clients in the General staffing (domestic) market.
- Build strong relationships with HRs, Hiring Managers and CXOs decision-makers.
- Generate revenue by meeting business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication and progress using CRM tools.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities.
