About the Role

We are seeking a passionate
Business Development Representative

with
3–5 years of experience

in
IT services sales

. The ideal candidate will drive new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and help expand Codriva's customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, cold calling, and networking.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Build and maintain client relationships for long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Education

: MBA in Sales & Marketing (Mandatory).

Requirements

  • Experience:

3–5 years in B2B or enterprise IT sales.
- Education:

MBA in Sales & Marketing (Mandatory).
- Skills:

Lead Generation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, CRM tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Must be comfortable working from office (Noida Sector 62).
- Immediate availability preferred.

Preferred

  • Experience with key account management and digital outreach strategies.
  • Proven record of achieving sales growth in IT service domain.
