We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager – Software Sales to drive growth, mentor a dynamic sales team and help expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of software sales executives to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Track team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in software sales
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions or IT services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
