Location: Delhi NCR (Work From Home + 1 Office Day/Week)

About the Role:

Krishna Lodhiyal Academy is hiring dynamic and confident female Sales & Customer Service Executives to handle sales, client communication, and insurance-related marketing.

You will be responsible for selling insurance policies, promoting Insurance Sales & Marketing Courses, LIC Combo E-Books, Social Media Marketing Packages, and Personal Business Coaching Programs — along with client follow-ups, renewals, and customer servicing.

This role requires excellent communication, relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage both education sales and insurance sales confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell KLA's Insurance Sales & Marketing Courses
  • Sell Insurance Policies (Life Insurance & related financial products)
  • Generate and convert leads for LIC Combo E-Books and Social Media Marketing Packages
  • Enroll clients for Personal Business Coaching Programs
  • Handle insurance clients – renewals, follow-ups, new policy presentations, and on-call servicing
  • Manage premium reminders, collection, and submission
  • Maintain data, track leads, and update customer records in CRM
  • Provide high-quality customer service to students and insurance clients
  • Participate in weekly one-day corporate marketing visits with management for insurance workshops or client events

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year full-time experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Insurance/Financial Services
  • Excellent communication & convincing skills (Hindi & English)
  • Confident in sales calls, product explanation, and client handling
  • Should be comfortable working with daily & weekly targets
  • No personal phone usage allowed during working hours (only during breaks)
  • Laptop not required – system support will be provided in office
  • Graduate or pursuing graduation
  • Only female candidates from Delhi NCR may apply

Work Schedule:

  • 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)
  • 1 Day from Office (Noida Sector 10 – Day Shift)
  • 9 Hours per Day (Breaks included)
  • Target-Based Role

Salary Range:

₹12,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience, performance & incentives)
