We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth, acquire new clients, and expand market reach for our SaaS-based call tracking and Pay-Per-Call management platform. The role is ideal for a sales professional with strong expertise in SaaS sales, affiliate marketing, and Pay-Per-Call solutions, who can build long-term client relationships and consistently achieve revenue targets.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Identify, prospect, and target potential clients, including Brokers, Advertisers, and Publishers in the Pay-Per-Call and performance marketing industry.
• Develop and execute outbound sales strategies using LinkedIn, cold calling, events, and networking.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present features and benefits to clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, proposal creation, negotiations, and closures.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
• Understand client challenges and position the platform as the right solution.
• Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition, upselling, and partnerships.
• Stay updated on industry trends related to call tracking, Pay-Per-Call, SaaS, and performance marketing.
• Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to refine sales messaging and product features.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
• Industry Expertise
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales / Pay-Per-Call / Call Tracking / Lead Generation industry.
• Proven background in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing.
• Experience in selling SaaS-based platforms, MarTech, or Call Attribution solutions is a strong plus.
• Sales & Business Development Skills
• Demonstrated track record of hunting, pitching, and closing enterprise-level deals.
• Strong expertise in solution-based selling, lead nurturing, and account management.
• Ability to create customized proposals, pricing strategies, and client-specific solutions.
