Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing Labour Contracting and Staffing as well as IT Consulting and Staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by providing skilled professionals across IT and Manufacturing domains.

This includes Staffing solutions (IT) for software developers, cloud engineers, cybersecurity specialists, DevOps experts, as well as engineers, operators, production staff, quality, and maintenance teams for manufacturing operations through Labour contracting and staffing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential new business leads in the IT consulting/staffing and manufacturing labor contracting/staffing space (B2B).
  • Pitch tailored staffing solutions based on client requirements for:
  • IT roles: software development, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, data engineering, etc.
  • Manufacturing roles: engineers, operators, production staff, quality assurance, maintenance teams.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, IT Managers, HR Heads, Plant/Factory Managers, Procurement teams).
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, IT staffing agreements, and labor contracting solutions.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Negotiate terms of business, pricing, and contracts with prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue.
  • Stay updated with IT hiring trends, technologies, and manufacturing manpower requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking meets, plant visits, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, HR, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales in IT staffing, labor contracting, or recruitment services.
  • Understanding of technical IT roles and manufacturing manpower requirements.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with domestic and/or international clients (India, US, UK, etc.) across IT and manufacturing domains.
  • Familiarity with IT recruitment processes, job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), and manufacturing workforce deployment.
  • Knowledge of labor law compliance, safety standards, and regulations in contract staffing and manpower management.
