About the Role

We are hiring Business Development Representative for our Marketing & Export Divisions. The role primarily focuses on outreaching inbound leads — individuals and businesses who have already shown interest in our service — and prequalifying them for our services.

You'll work as a Business Development Representative, playing a key role in reaching out to our serious inboud leads, understanding their business goals, and connecting them with our consulting experts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads generated through our marketing campaigns.
  • Understand client requirements related to Business/Marketing Consultation or Export Consultation.
  • Prequalify leads to ensure they are a good fit for our programs.
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up with potential clients.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales and consultation team for smooth client handover.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Enthusiasm to learn practical B2B sales and consulting.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of Marathi is a plus).
  • Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented mindset.
