Main responsibility:

  • Lead generation, getting RFQs, working on the RFQs along with cross functional team- Design, SCM, inviting quotes from SCM /Suppliers, communicating with customers etc.
  • Designing and implementing business strategies..
  • Candidate should have experience of handling 500+ Cr. annual business.
  • Setting up the business process for the department.
  • Identify new product opportunities in line with company growth objectives and finding ways to convert those opportunities..
  • Working on the costings of products
  • Working on the sales plan, business plan and monthly and annual sales targets
  • Coordinating with Operations team, SCM team regarding fulfilment of schedules
  • Working on the MIS (Management Information System)- RFQ tracker, Payment Tracker, PO Tracker, Accounts Receivable trackers, New Business and New Product development trackers etc.
  • Work on the presentations related to above area
  • Timely escalations to management regarding project delays
  • Attending customer calls , preparing MoMs.
  • Coordinating customer visits.
  • Explore new business opportunities with domestic and international clients
