Job Description

Get set to up the glam-quotient in Dubai

Here is what we are looking to do:

  • Liasoning with Spa and Salon owners to help them market themselves better
  • Manage and train a team of Sales Ninjas to build a world class team
  • Set targets and monitor your team to reach them 
  • Identify and engage with leads and prospects without a hitch
  • Monitor impacts of advertising campaigns for clients and prepare analytics reports
  • Manage end-to-end client relationship. This will include pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, payment collection, campaign activations, result tracking and troubleshooting
Qualifications

The right person will be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, thrive in a start-up culture and will be nothing short of passionate to sales and marketing. This role is all about bringing on business owners in a way that they can't imagine a world without Mazkara. 

Here is who we are looking for:

  • 2 to 3 years of Sales experience. nbbn 
  • Self Motivated people, willing to work hard and exceed targets
  • Self-driven, enthusiastic individuals with high integrity and great follow through on tasks
  • Fun, charismatic stars who can talk to anyone, and are comfortable working in small and close-knit teams
  • Phenomenal oral and written communication skills
