Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional specializing in Employee Relations to manage workplace relationships, address employee concerns, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will foster a positive and productive work environment while communicating effectively in English and local languages.

Job Description / Responsibilities, Goals and Scope:

01) Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.

02) Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

03) Act as a point of contact for employees to address concerns and provide guidance on workplace issues.

04) Facilitate communication between management and employees to promote a harmonious work environment.

05) Conduct investigations related to employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.

06) Develop and implement employee relations programs to improve engagement and retention.

07) Collaborate with HR and management teams to support organizational culture and employee well-being initiatives.

Key Skills Required:

01) Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree

02) Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Employee HR Relations.

03) Notice Period: Candidates who are available to start soon will be considered favorably.

04) Communication: Good command of English and fluency in 1-2 local languages preferred.

05) Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.

06) Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
