Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven HR Recruiter to handle our full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the company's growing staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Source and connect with candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Support other HR functions like onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.
2–5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in a similar industry).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Good understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
