Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Associate (Fresher) to join our team.

The ideal candidate should be flexible to work in different shifts, eager to learn, and ready to handle a mix of responsibilities across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Social Media Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including

sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

• Support HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation,

attendance, and basic HR compliance activities.

• Manage and create engaging social media posts related to hiring, culture, and

branding.

• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth internal communication and

employee engagement initiatives.

• Learn and adapt to new HR tools, practices, and policies while contributing to the

overall growth of the HR function.

• Handle shift-based responsibilities as per organizational requirements.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (HR/Management preferred but not

mandatory).

• Experience: Fresher (0–1 year).

• Ability to work in flexible shifts.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and social media platforms.

• Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.
