**Key Responsibilities**:

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis and industry developments to proactively anticipate talent demands and sourcing challenges.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements, target profiles and maintain a strong understanding of the company's hiring needs.
- Track sourcing metrics and regularly report on sourcing progress, challenges and outcomes to the talent acquisition team.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing necessary documents and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives to support employee engagement and retention.

**Qualifications**:

- Up to **1 year** of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
