As a TA fresher/associate, you will:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in managing recruiting activities across APAC, including India, Singapore, Australia, and other key markets.- Involve in Admin related tasks in recruiting during the internship period- Assist in Campus recruiting program- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support sourcing efforts.-
- Learn to use LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday (our ATS), and other recruitment tools.-
- Conduct basic market research and talent mapping exercises.- Collaborate with global TA team members and HR Business Partners on recruiting projects.

We’re excited about you if you are:
- A final-year student or recent graduate in HR (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).- Interested in Talent Acquisition function- Curious to learn about recruitment in both technical (engineering) and commercial (sales, services) functions.- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.- Strong in communication (both written & verbal).- Comfortable with technology, data, and learning new tools quickly.
