Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. The Talent Acquisition Associate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and objectives. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment processes and procedures
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience in recruitment
- Experience in hiring across Technical(Cloud and DevOps) and Non Technical roles
- Start-up hiring experience
- Ability to close positions within set timelines
- Excellent communication
- Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media, job boards, recruitment tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, communication,and interpersonal skills

Good to have:

- Working knowledge of Zoho Recruit is an added advantage.
- Having knowledge of current recruitment trends
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
