Delivery Centric is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as **Talent Acquisition Associates**. Whether you're a **recent graduate** eager to kick-start your career in recruitment or an **experienced professional** looking to expand your expertise in tech hiring, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Use advanced sourcing strategies, including **job boards, social media platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean searches, to attract top technical talent**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and team needs
- **Coordinate and participate in technical interviews** and post-interview evaluations
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to maintain a competitive recruitment strategy
- **1-2 years of experience**in **technical recruitment or talent acquisition**:

- Good understanding of **IT roles**, such as software development, cloud, and DevOps
- Hands-on experience with **LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and job boards**:

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet hiring deadlines

**For Freshers**:

- **Recent graduates (any stream)** with a strong interest in HR or recruitment
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Eagerness to learn about IT/tech hiring (training will be provided)
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn and job search platforms is a plus
- Good organizational skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
