**How you might spend your days**

**As an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, your key responsibilities will be to**:
Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources including, internal databases, job boards, head-hunting, and networking.
Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition for required competencies, skills, and knowledge required of successful applicants from the Hiring Manager
Should be able to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process.

**The miles you’ve walked**

**In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
**Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent**
**Minimum 2 years of experience within Recruitment.**
Having non-IT recruitment experience is a plus point
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Excel
Exposure with working for an international cooperation
