This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Associate located in Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, communication, interviewing, and recruiting activities within the organization.

**Qualifications**
- Human Resources or Business-related degree is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience as a Tech Recruiter
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Tech Recruiting expertise
- Good Excel skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with recruiting software and tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
