**How you might spend your days**
As an** Associate Talent Acquisition Partner**, your key responsibilities will be to:

- Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources including, internal databases, job boards, head-hunting, and networking.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition for required competencies, skills, and knowledge required of successful applicants from the Hiring Manager
- Should be able to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process.

- Meeting the hiring numbers within the time frame
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once

**The miles you’ve walked**
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience within Recruitment.
- Having non-IT recruitment experience is a plus point
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exposure with working for an international cooperation
