**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and implement the company's talent acquisition strategy.
- Uses project management disciplines to define the value and purpose of the objective, the stakeholders, deliverables, and milestones. Works with stakeholders during the year to ensure successful execution.
- Prepares and manages the communication strategy that explains the purpose behind each program or project and manages an engagement program to drive successful implementation.
- Develop the company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing
- Partner with business leaders/hiring managers to understand the business and hiring needs.
- Develop a sourcing strategy in partnership with your hiring managers through market insights to enable talent decisions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs
- Generate monthly updates for the company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
- Research talent acquisition trends in the industry
**Job requirements and qualifications**
- Previous working experience, preferably as a Recruiter /Talent Acquisition Specialist for 3-7 years.
- Post Graduate degree in Human Resources or a similar relevant field
- Excellent understanding of the full cycle recruitment process
- Hands-on experience with an Application tracking system
- Impactful communications and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
- A positive, “can-do” attitude.
