As** Talent Acquisition Advisor**you will provide full-cycle recruitment support across multiple subsidiaries of the Danaher Corporation in the Life Sciences, Diagnostics & Biotech industries, developing comprehensive recruitment strategies to support the business needs. This position is part of the India Talent Acquisition team and will be located in Bangalore, India

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Conduct/review talent supply & demand, educate hiring managers and HR partners on talent marketplace dynamics and how to be brand ambassadors to attract key talent
- Lead strategic kick-off call to understand hiring need. Coaching hiring managers, developing and executing innovative search techniques, and cultivating talent pipelines; experience working with a large corporation preferred
- Create and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for assigned functional area(s) and roles
- Identify optimal channels for advertising roles and post jobs accordingly. Proactively source and engage talent internally and externally, utilizing available tools

**Preferred Background and Skills**:

- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent education with 5+ years of recruiting experience in large MNC’s/corporations
- Strong Technology hiring background (Digital, IT, Engineering roles)
- Product hiring experience is preferred
- Experience with recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems required - Workday experience is preferred
- Ensure compliance with all applicable recruitment guidelines and policies.
