**What You'll Achieve**

In your role as a Talent Acquisition Sr. Advisor you will be involved with the planning and execution of recruitment activities in support of a business group. You will implement short
- and long-term strategies to ensure that challenging growth targets are met.

**You will**:

- Research and utilize the most time
- Support the implementation of strategic recruitment initiatives
- Familiar with end-to-end recruitment activities

**Essential Requirements**
- 7-10 years of related experience, experience within Talent Acquisition
- Ability to work in a fast-pasted environment, to constantly re-align priorities during the day, experienced working under pressure towards strict deadlines
- Process orientation, self-organized and detail oriented

**Desirable Requirements**
- Bachelor or Master's in Human Resources or related studies
