Use data and insights to influence hiring decisions and uncover top talent. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint. Champion our talent brand and "Best Place to Work" values. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment excellence. Stay ahead of market trends, competitor insights, and industry shifts. Leverage global ATS and cutting-edge talent acquisition tools.What It Takes:8+ years of recruiting experience in mid-to-large organizations. Relentless focus on finding the best talent using diverse platforms and techniques. Strong rapport-building skills with hiring managers. Proven ability to assess talent using formal methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Deep business acumen and understanding of the enterprise software industry. Ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple client demands.
