**Job Title**

Talent Acquisition Advisor
**Job Description Summary**

The role will also guide and collaborate with hiring managers on Talent Attraction and Sourcing, Recruitment Strategy & Selection, compliance to pre-hire policies, and ensuring HR Systems like ATS and CRM are leveraged, TA metrics are in high quality and global best practices are being shared and leveraged in country. There are also opportunities to be part of or lead on broader HR projects and initiatives.

**Note: The role would be a 12-month contract to start with.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of interview materials and logistics.
- Assist in the development and execution of
- recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
- Support other talent acquisition initiatives and projects as assigned.
