As a Talent Acquisition Advisor you are vital to the overall success of the organization and its recruiting needs. The right person will have an incredible grasp on how to manage a full life cycle recruiting process. In this you’ll need to build a strategic partnership with the business unit hiring managers to ensure we are hiring the “A” Players.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor you will:
- Manage the end to end recruiting process and influence hiring managers and other stakeholders across APAC region- Act as an Advisor to the business stakeholders to help them navigate the complex talent landscape and influence the right decisions- Hire across various countries in Asia Pacific region including India, Singapore, China, South Korea, Indonesia, Australia, etc- Partner with stakeholders to deeply understand hiring needs. Evaluate skill level and help manage the offer process, including salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/declines- Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring managers and executive management- Maintain data integrity within Workday (our ATS)Compile and update reports for job openings, hires, and post-hires in Workday- Collaborating with the regional and global TA team members and HR Business Partner

We’re excited about you if you have:
- At least 6+ years of recruiting experience- Have hired across APAC region and across engineering and sales.- Solid experience using LinkedIn Recruiter & outstanding written & verbal communication skills- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment- Ability to work across multiple disciplines and geography- Ability to grasp new technologies-
- Demonstrated competencies around talent assessment, market intelligence, networking, relationship building, business acumen, sales acumen, technology acumen, negotiation and innovation- BS/BA Degree is desirable
