**Duties & Responsibilities**
Responsibilities
- As a Talent Acquisition Professional, you support the strategic direction and governance for APAC region.
- You will drive the Talent Acquisition strategy while also focusing on building diversity in sourcing the right Talent for the organization through various job seeker pools.
- Write and post professional job Adverts.
- Coach, challenge and advise Hiring Managers using market data to inform and influence key hiring decisions.
**The Individual**
Skills & Experience
- Engineering Degree in any stream. Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resources preferred.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Seek etc.
- Working with Global Teams will be of added advantage.
- Knowledge of Process improvement methodology such as lean Yellow Belt or Green Belt is desired
