What you’ll do:
You’ll mainly work on technology hiring like Product, Engineering and internal IT skillsets with some cross over into other dept from time to time (Core business, General, Admin, Sales etc), making sure the end-to-end onboarding journey is seamless - from employer brand to DEI and talent mobility. Thanks to you, we’ll attract and hire only the best talent and continue to outsmart cybercriminals.

What you’ll bring:

- 2-3 years of corporate TA recruiting experience, including some previous experience in a staffing agency setting preferred
- Tech recruiting experience within the technology industry or related industry
- Proven experience with full life-cycle recruiting
- Experience in creating innovative and effective sourcing strategies, including digital and social media campaigns
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
