**Job Description Summary**
**About the Role**:
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and new recruitment technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and selection criteria.
**About You**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in Commercial Real Estate.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
