Business Development Executive

We are in growth mode and looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Manager who will own client acquisition, build strong business partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and qualify leads through CRM, networking, and market outreach.
Conduct workspace tours, deliver persuasive pitches, and drive deal closures.
Build and maintain partnerships with brokers, HR teams, and industry associations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Represent ThinkTank Offices at industry events and support marketing campaigns.
Ensure seamless client onboarding, maintain strong relationships, and drive renewals.
Experience:
1-2 years in sales, business development, or account management.
Experience in co-working, real estate, hospitality, or B2B services is preferred.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability in negotiation, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated professional.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent networking & relationship-building abilities.
