Through tech-driven processes and a customer-first approach, we help property owners and tenants experience hassle-free transactions and long-term value.

Role Summary:

As a Business Development Executive at QuikNest India, you will manage both property owners (supply) and tenants (demand). Your primary responsibility will be to onboard rental properties from owners, understand their requirements, and match them with quality tenants. This is a target-driven role that requires strong communication, persuasion, and field execution skills.

  • Key Responsibilities Property Portfolio Development Identify and onboard individual property owners for rental management.
  • Explain QuikNest's services, process, pricing model, and agreements.
  • Conduct property visits for inspection, data collection, and onboarding photos/videos.
  • Coordinate documentation and agreement signing.
  • Maintain strong post-onboarding relationships for retention and referrals.

Customer Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Handle incoming rental inquiries via calls, messages, and online platforms.
  • Qualify tenant leads and understand their rental requirements.
  • Suggest matching properties and schedule property visits.
  • Conduct property showings and follow up for closure.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals between owners and tenants.

Cross-Functional Tasks

  • Update CRM with accurate lead and follow-up status.
  • Coordinate with the Field and Operations team for seamless handovers.
  • Ensure token amounts are collected and documented properly.
  • Assist in rent agreement drafting and move-in coordination.
  • Achieve monthly onboarding and closure targets.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is a plus.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach.
  • Skilled in executing field operations while efficiently managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of property rentals, real estate, or field sales preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in any stream preferred.
  • 0-3 years of experience in sales, real estate, or property management preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a learning attitude are welcome to apply.
