Position description: Relationship Manager-Housing Loans

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Business Financials Aligning with bank Branches Microbanking team for increasing Traffic for HLTo set up distribution via connector enrollment and engagement through builder Empanelment APFTargets on number value of files for Login approval disbursement of HL65 of target of HL 15 from FD 15 of SA and 10 of standalone Insurance Collection of Bounced cases for no zero default track of all customers sourcedFTR on all files Customer Both Internal ExternalAttend and address customer queries and grievances within the defined TATManaging internal and external customer relationship to ensure customer satisfactionEnsure customers are educated about all productsservices offered by UjjivanEnsure lower customer attrition by providing different products as per customer requirementFocus on lower TAT as per laid down standards Internal ProcessFTR on all workprocesses files Well spread file flow of login and disbursal over a monthDocumentation and preparation of process manualsInnovation LearningMentor loan officer too graduate to next level Work towards grooming self for next level of cluster manager with help of Cluster Manager Area ManagerCompletion of goal setting and appraisal on time
