**Years of experience**

Minimum 02-03 years

**CTC**

20K - 40K Monthly (Based on your experience)

**Job Description: -**
- Ensuring a good link between the banks & customers for all loan processes under the Deepak Builders & Developers.
- Ensure customers are educated about all products/services offered by Deepak Builders & Developers.
- Ensure, and supervise the correct implementation of the credit procedures including all the respective tools.
- Help in sanctioning of loans according to the policy in place with various banks
- Ability to engage with customers, colleagues & agencies to provide assistance in getting loans.
- Ability to Plan, coordinate & execute the Marketing and Sales promotion for Housing Loans.
- Assist customers to get loans at the best & lowest Interest rates.
- Ensure customers should get end-to-end support for the loan procedures.
- Maintain all the records of activities and tie-ups with various banks.
- Assist customers in gathering complete documents for accuracy & coordinating with bank agents.
- Analyse active loan files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the loan process.
- Respond to applicants' questions and resolve any loan-related issues.
- Operate in compliance with laws and regulations of various banks
- Managing the closing paperwork and ensuring the proper filing of documents.

**Experience**
- Graduation / MBA degree with 2- 3 years in sales and documentation of loans, at least 2 years in Housing Loans, home loans, or loans against property in an NBFC/ Bank/HFC/ CA firm/ Real Estate and Outsourcing Agencies.
- Solid understanding of local, state, and federal loan regulations.
- Good communication skills and Proficient speaking in English is Mandatory.
- Having Good knowledge of (Ms
- Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Good Knowledge & exposure to Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Strong Knowledge of finance.
- High levels of passion and ownership.
- Good Interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
