**Job Title**: Loan Sales Manager-**Housing Finance**

**Location**:Pune/Baramati/Shrirampur/Nagpur/Nandurbar/Naigaon/Mumbai**

**Industry**: NBFC

**Education Qualification**: 10+2/Graduation

**Experience**: Minimum 6 months experience in housing finance

**Salary**:Up to ₹3.5 LPA + incentives**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their HL/LAP needs.
- Promote and sell HL/LAP products to potential customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess competitor offerings.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients and follow up to ensure successful closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan processing and approval procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 6 months of experience in housing finance sales**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- **Must possess a valid 2-wheeler and a driver's license**.
