Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing sales strategies, achieving individual and team sales targets, and driving business growth by generating leads and building strong client relationships. The role includes conducting market analysis, creating a robust network with builders and channel partners, and ensuring enhanced customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of housing finance solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, ability to achieve revenue targets and build market presence
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster long-term client and partner relationships
- Knowledge of housing finance products, financial documentation, and loan evaluations
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities
- Relevant experience in sales, preferably in financial services or the housing finance sector
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
