This role requires a professional with a strong background in sales management, a deep understanding of home loan products, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a sales team to generate new leads and achieve sales targets for home loans.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.- Provide excellent customer service by assessing client needs and recommending appropriate loan products.- Oversee the entire loan process, including the preparation of accurate loan documentation and coordination with various departments.- Ensure all sales activities and loan processes are in full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM).- Analyze sales data and team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Required Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience in Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management, and developing effective Sales Strategies.- In-depth knowledge of Home Loans, loan products, and the associated documentation.- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance within the financial services industry.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- The ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
