Our aim is to enable 1,50,000 families to achieve their dream of homeownership by 2029.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune. The role involves supporting the company's mission to provide affordable housing finance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting customer assessments, processing loan applications, verifying client information, and liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operation and compliance with financial regulations. You will be tasked with maintaining detailed records and providing exceptional customer service to facilitate customers' journeys towards homeownership.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer assessments and loan application processing
- Strong skills in administrative tasks such as record-keeping and documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using financial software and basic computer applications
- Ability to work collaboratively and liaise with different departments
- Prior experience in the housing finance or banking sector is a plus
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Pune
- Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
