Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Area Sales Manager will oversee regional sales operations, develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain client relationships, and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. This role involves monitoring market trends, analyzing sales performance, guiding sales teams, and identifying new growth opportunities. The manager will work collaboratively with other teams to drive business development and brand visibility in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Strategy Development, Regional Sales Management, and achieving sales targets
  • Strong skills in Market Analysis, Business Development, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Excellent Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
  • Familiarity with the spirits industry and its regulatory requirements is an added advantage
  • Proven negotiation and networking abilities to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in basic financial and operational reporting tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Willingness to work on-site in the Mumbai region
