Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Business Development Associate
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our company's customer base. The ideal candidate is ambitious, results-driven, and has a strong interest in sales, partnerships, and client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
- Generate new leads through networking, outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and product) to support client acquisition strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales activities and business performance.
- Meet and exceed set sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent SyntraEdge Global at meetings, events, or client interactions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (freshers welcome with strong communication skills).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
