Experience: 2+ Yrs

Salary: UP TO 35 K

Location: Sec 74 A, Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities :

  • Payroll Processing: Accurately calculate, process, and disburse employee salaries, including overtime and deductions.
  • Compliance: Ensure payroll operations adhere to all federal, state, and local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain precise payroll records and update employee information.
  • Deductions & Taxes: Manage statutory deductions, process wage garnishments, and ensure timely payment and filing of payroll taxes.
  • Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, resolving payroll-related questions and concerns professionally.
  • Reporting: Generate payroll reports and financial summaries for management, aiding in financial decision-making.
  • Reconciliation: Verify and reconcile monthly payroll accounts and liabilities.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
