Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve regional sales targets through effective communication, leadership, and strategic planning.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to penetrate new accounts, expand existing relationships, and increase revenue growth in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, marketing) to identify opportunities for Apple, Non-Apple, Accessories, Solution sales and provide technical expertise on IT hardware products.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • Ensure timely reporting on key metrics such as forecasts, pipeline management, and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales or similar role with a focus on Apple & Non-Apple IT hardware sales and enterprise solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through successful account development and relationship building.
  • Strong understanding of Apple Enterprise Sales principles and ability to leverage this knowledge for strategic advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information into compelling value propositions.
