Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Enterprise IT Sales

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead enterprise sales initiatives, build and expand client relationships, and drive regional business growth. This role is critical in achieving revenue targets, strengthening market presence, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue and profitability goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives/account managers to ensure high performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with enterprise accounts and act as the escalation point for key clients.
  • Monitor and track sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and recommend corrective actions where needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design campaigns supporting regional growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and industry regulations.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing (MBA from Tier-1 institution preferred).
  • 8–10 years of experience in IT Sales & Consulting with proven success in managing enterprise-level clients.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the ITES industry and market trends.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget and revenue management.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to exceed targets.
