About the role:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations within their region, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and building strong relationships with customers. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge. The Regional Sales Manager will also be required to prepare regular sales reports and collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfill Sales Target
- Appoint Distributor & Manage Team
- Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with the overall business objectives and market conditions.
- Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve revenue goals
- Directs and monitors all supervisory personnel functions and completes formal performance evaluations of all department managers at regularly scheduled intervals.
- Plans dealership operations for the coming year and submits them to the dealer for approval.
- Meets with the comptroller/office manager monthly to review departmental forecasts for consistency with the annual forecast.
- Meets with managers individually to develop monthly and annual goals and objectives, and to review actual performance.
- Ensures that the monthly financial statement is complete, accurate, and submitted on time to the factory.
- Develops and maintains a good working relationship
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in the bakery industry is must
Skills
- Fluent in English & Good communication skill
- Knowledge of excel
- Strong Domain knowledge
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and practices
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Industry knowledge and experience related to the organization's products or services
- Expertise in sales force & team management
