Job Role: Regional Sales Manager - Molecular Division

Job location: Chennai. Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding on the company vision and the product line Molecular-Dx.
  • Accelerate sales growth by actively promoting Molecular-Dx product ranges, focusing on key accounts within the assigned regions.
  • Achieve sales targets by expanding market share and building relationships with new customers and business partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities, analyse customer needs, and recommend strategic solutions.
  • Manage and support existing customers by providing timely assistance, technical support, and post-sales service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and generate leads.
  • Set and achieve KPIs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Submit regular sales and activity reports to supervisors for performance review.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelors or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in Molecular Diagnostics, Life Sciences, or Healthcare Industry.
  • Proven experience in managing regional sales operations, key accounts, and business development.
  • Strong technical knowledge of molecular diagnostic products and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region as per business requirements.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a target-driven mindset.
