Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management: Oversee recruitment for corporate roles, site-based
positions, and contractual workforce.Develop hiring strategies to attract and retain skilled professionals in
the real estate & construction industry.Manage blue-collar and white-collar workforce planning across
multiple project sites.
Employee Engagement & Retention:Foster a positive work culture to enhance employee satisfaction and
productivity.Develop retention strategies, especially for critical and project-based roles.Conduct employee
surveys, engagement activities, and grievance handling.
Performance Management & Training :Implement KPI-driven performance management and appraisal
systems.Identify skill gaps and design training & development programs.Drive leadership development
and succession planning initiatives.
HR Compliance & Labor Law Adherence :Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory laws, and statutory
regulations related to construction & real estate.Handle disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions
while maintaining legal compliance.Oversee contract labor management, ensuring fair practices and
adherence to regulations.
Compensation & Benefits Administration :Design competitive salary structures based on market trends in
real estate & construction.Oversee payroll processing, bonus structures, and statutory benefits.Manage
employee insurance, welfare schemes, and incentive programs.
HR Operations & Technology:Leverage HRMS systems to streamline HR processes such as onboarding,
attendance, and payroll.Maintain accurate HR records, employee databases, and
documentation.Implement digital tools for improved workforce management and analytics.
Organizational Development & Culture Building :Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the
organization.Strengthen employer branding to attract top talent.
