Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving sales and business growth for product printing machines across the assigned region. This role involves developing dealer/distributor networks, managing key client relationships, and ensuring achievement of sales and revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for product printing machines in the assigned region.
  • Achieve regional sales targets and market share growth in line with company objectives.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, dealers, and distributors for printing machines.
  • Collaborate with the financing team to create customized NBFC financing solutions for customers.
  • Build strong relationships with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and end customers.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.
  • Organize product demos, roadshows, and promotional events to generate leads and brand visibility.
  • Monitor regional sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Train and mentor the regional sales team to enhance productivity and customer engagement.
  • Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of issues.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven sales experience in product printing machines or capital equipment sales.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, dealer/distributor management, and industrial product marketing.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competition, and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Target-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
