Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving sales and business growth for product printing machines across the assigned region. This role involves developing dealer/distributor networks, managing key client relationships, and ensuring achievement of sales and revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for product printing machines in the assigned region.
- Achieve regional sales targets and market share growth in line with company objectives.
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, dealers, and distributors for printing machines.
- Collaborate with the financing team to create customized NBFC financing solutions for customers.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and end customers.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.
- Organize product demos, roadshows, and promotional events to generate leads and brand visibility.
- Monitor regional sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Train and mentor the regional sales team to enhance productivity and customer engagement.
- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of issues.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven sales experience in product printing machines or capital equipment sales.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, dealer/distributor management, and industrial product marketing.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competition, and develop strategic sales plans.
- Target-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
