Job Post: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Pune
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Headquarters / Covering Area: Pune, Nashik, Baramati
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our sales operations in the Pune region. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the Cardio-Diabetic segment and proven ability in handling teams and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives and Area Sales Managers.
· Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, distributors, and stockists.
· Strategize and execute marketing & promotional activities in the region.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide business insights.
· Ensure timely reporting and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
· Must be below 50 years of age
· Minimum 2 years of experience as RSM in Pharma company (Regional Sales Manager)
· Strong background in Cardio-Diabetic segment
· Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
· Ability to analyze sales data and build growth strategies
