We are a fast-growing menswear brand in the garment sector, dedicated to offering high-quality apparel that blends style, comfort, and affordability. With expanding retail and wholesale operations, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the menswear garment sector (B2B, retail, wholesale, and export).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate buyers.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business deals to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, marketing) to align business goals.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular business reports for management.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the garment/apparel industry (menswear experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing, merchandising, and retail operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong networks and long-term business relationships.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹55,000.00 per month
